One of our newest additions to our team of Directors, Cierra started as the first call center representative for Policy Holder Services in October of 2016. Since that time she remained in the Policy Holder Services department as both a processor, and workflow coordinator. She has recently assumed the role as Director of Policy Holder Services and looks forward to leading her team in helping policyholders both efficiently and accurately.
